Commercial ice cream machines
Two hoppers are included in the majority of commercial ice cream machines. These hoppers hold a standard amount of frozen yogurt or sorbet as well as an assortment of other flavors. The hopper comes with a handle that will rotate once the desired number of flavors have been added. A freezer door comes with the machine so that frozen yogurt can be stored for an extended period of time. The freezer door should be opened when not in use to ensure that the flavors do not become bitter. It is also a good idea to place a few bowls on a drawer liner so that each bowl can be reached quickly for frozen yogurt or sorbet.
